Abstract

The routine activity report of the Aviation Security (AVSEC) unit plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational security of the airport. However, the manual reporting system still faces challenges in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and information accessibility. This final project aims to digitize the routine AVSEC activity reports at Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto Airport in Samarinda using the Google Workspace platform. The system integrates Google Forms for data collection, Google Sheets for data management, Google Drive for storage, and Google Sites as the user interface. Additional features such as secure login, digital signatures, the Autocrat plugin for report automation, Bitly, QR Codes, and Google Analytics are also implemented to enhance system performance. The implementation results show that this digitalization streamlines the reporting workflow, accelerates distribution, reduces paper usage, and improves data accuracy and accessibility. Consequently, the system successfully delivers a modern, efficient, and accountable reporting process, supporting the enhancement of security operations at the airport.

Candra Bayu Ardiansyah, Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya

Candra Bayu Ardiansyah, was born in Pasuruan on July 26, 2002. He is the fourth child of Mr. Moch. Nur Arifin and Mrs. Nunik Lestariningsih. He has 3 siblings. He lives on Pontianak City, West Kalimantan Province. He started his education at Kindergarten RA. Masyithoh 1 in 2008 to 2009. Then continued his education at Jogosari 2 Public Elementary School in 2009 and graduated in 2015. Continued his junior high school at Pandaan 1 Public Middle School in 2015 and graduated in 2018. Continued his senior high school at Pandaan 1 Public High School in 2018 and graduated in 2021. Then in 2022 he was accepted at the Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic as a Cadet in the Diploma III Air Transportation Management Study Program, Batch 8 Delta.
Hartono, Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya

Hartono was born in Pati,Indonesia,, a lecturer in airport electrical engineering and air transportation management, a graduate of a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in management.
Lusiana Dewi Kusumayati, Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya

Lusiana Dewi Kusumayati is a faculty member of the Air Traffic Control Study Program of Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya, Indonesia. She received her bachelor degree of Language Education and Teacher Training from Sebelas Maret University in 2010 and a Master Degree of Language Education from the same University in 2013. Her research interests are in the area of teaching English for Specific Purposes and English Language Education. She is an Aviation English educator under ministry of transportation.
Lady Silk Moonlight, Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya

Lady Silk Moonlight
was born in Surabaya, Indonesia, in 1987. She received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Informatics Engineering from Trunojoyo University in 2009 and a Master of Engineering degree in Informatics from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 2013. Her research interests include information technology, artificial intelligence, information systems, computer science, digital image processing, and computer networks. She is a lecturer at D3 Aeronautical Communication, Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya, Indonesia. She can be contacted at email: [email protected].
