Abstract

Djalaluddin Airport Gorontalo still uses manual methods and spreadsheets in managing and monitoring Aviation Security (Avsec) personnel, especially for recording license and training data. To overcome this problem, the author developed an integrated website-based information system to optimize the monitoring and management process of Avsec personnel more effectively and efficiently. Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model approach is the research method used. This system was developed using the Laravel (PHP) framework and MySQL database, with main features including personnel data management, license monitoring, automatic notifications, recurrence and training submissions, and document uploads. This system is also equipped with a responsive and user-friendly interface to facilitate use by admins and Avsec personnel. This information system has features that meet the operational needs of Djalaluddin Airport Gorontalo, such as personnel data management, license management, automatic notifications, training and recurrence history, and document management. With the implementation of this system, Avsec personnel management becomes more transparent and accurate.

    Adela Kismatur Rizky, born in Banyuwangi on October 03, 2003. The first child of three siblings of Mr. Hendrik Hermanto and Mrs. Siti Wasilah. Residing in residing in Krajan hamlet, RT 01 RW 02, Benelan Lor village, Kabat subdistrict, Banyuwangi regency, East Java.  Started attending Khadijah 124 Kindergarten from 2008 to 2010. Then continued education at SDN Benelan Lor in 2010 and graduated in 2016. He continued his junior high school education at SMPN 3 Rogojampi in 2016 and graduated in 2019. He continued his high school education at SMAN 1 Rogojampi in 2019 and graduated in 2022. Then in 2022, he was accepted as a cadet at the Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic in the Air Transportation Management Diploma III Study Program, Batch VIII

    Ahmad Bahrawi is a highly experienced professional in aviation education and training, distinguished by a robust academic foundation and significant managerial expertise. He has consistently demonstrated success in leading aviation polytechnic institutions, overseeing educational programs, financial management, and cultivating strategic partnerships on both national and international scales. His academic credentials include a Master in Transportation obtained from Indonesia University, Indonesia, in 2006, and an Advanced Master in Air Transport Management from the French Civil Aviation School (ENAC) - Toulouse Business School, France, in 2018.

  • Dewi Ratna Sari, Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya

    Dewi Ratna Sari was born in Padang, on June 9, 1969. She obtained a master's degree in management at the University on August 17 1945. Her research interests are in management, especially business. The author is a management lecturer in all study programs at the Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia.

    Lady Silk Moonlight

    was born in Surabaya, Indonesia, in 1987. She received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Informatics Engineering from Trunojoyo University in 2009 and a Master of Engineering degree in Informatics from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 2013. Her research interests include information technology, artificial intelligence, information systems, computer science, digital image processing, and computer networks. She is a lecturer at D3 Aeronautical Communication, Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya, Indonesia.
