Manuscript Guidelines
Authors are required to prepare manuscripts according to the Appissode Journal Manuscript Template and follow the formatting and structural requirements below to ensure consistency, readability, and efficient editorial processing.
1. General Formatting Requirements
Authors should prepare their manuscripts using the official Manuscript Template provided by the journal. The template is intended primarily to guide authors in preparing the content structure, organization, and formatting of the manuscript during the submission stage. The editorial team will adjust and convert the accepted manuscript into the official Article Template during the copyediting and production stages before publication.
Authors should follow the template requirements as closely as possible and ensure that the manuscript is presented clearly and consistently. The total length of the manuscript should not exceed 12 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
The manuscript should be prepared using Times New Roman font, 10-point size, single-line spacing, and 8-point spacing after each paragraph. Authors should maintain consistent formatting throughout the manuscript to ensure readability and facilitate the editorial process.
All figures, tables, and other visual elements must be presented clearly, with appropriate resolution, labels, captions, and references within the manuscript. Authors should ensure that visual materials are readable and directly support the explanation of the research findings.
2. Article Title
The article title should accurately represent the content of the manuscript and follow these requirements:
- The title should be concise, clear, and informative.
- The title should not contain acronyms or abbreviations.
- The title should not exceed three lines in the manuscript template.
- The title should reflect the main research topic, method, or contribution of the study.
3. Abstract Requirements
The abstract should provide a clear and comprehensive summary of the research.
The abstract requirements are:
- The abstract must not exceed 250 words.
- The abstract should be written as a standalone summary without citations or references.
- The abstract should briefly describe:
- The research problem or background.
- The proposed method, approach, or solution.
- The main findings or significant results.
- The conclusion or contribution of the research.
The abstract should allow readers to quickly understand the purpose, approach, and contribution of the article.
4. Manuscript Structure
The recommended manuscript structure consists of the following sections:
- Introduction.
The introduction should provide a clear explanation of the research background and motivation.
The section should include: - Background of the research topic.
- Identification of the main issues or challenges.
- Explanation of the proposed solution or research direction.
- Relevant research context and objectives.
The introduction should clearly establish the importance of the research and its contribution to the field.
- Proposed Method or Algorithm.
This section describes the proposed approach, model, framework, algorithm, or technical solution developed in the research.
Authors should explain: - The concept and design of the proposed method.
- The working process or algorithm steps.
- The advantages or contribution of the proposed approach.
A direct proof of established theorems or detailed explanations of common and well-known algorithms are not required unless they are essential to the research contribution.
- Research Methodology.
The methodology section should describe the research process in sufficient detail to allow other researchers to understand and replicate the study.
Authors should provide: - Research design or experimental setup.
- Data sources and collection procedures.
- Tools, materials, software, or instruments used.
- Procedures and stages of implementation.
- Evaluation methods or measurement criteria.
- Results and Discussion.
The Results and Discussion section should present the main findings of the research in a clear and concise manner.
Authors should: - Report key results obtained from the research.
- Explain the significance of the findings.
- Discuss how the results contribute to the scientific or technological field.
- Avoid unnecessary repetition of information presented in tables, figures, or charts.
The results displayed in tables should not be duplicated in charts, and information presented in charts should not be repeated unnecessarily in tables.
- Conclusion.
The conclusion should summarize the main outcomes of the research based on the presented results.
The conclusion should: - Provide clear statements supported by research findings.
- Address the research objectives or expectations.
- Highlight the contribution of the study.
- Avoid introducing new information that has not been discussed previously.
